Southbound!
Southbound is made up of five guys: David, Joe, Gary, Mike, and Brent.
They are like the brothers I never ever had. Ever since I met all of them
including their Manager Renate, Jeff, Helga, Annie, and Kristina, they have
changed my life. You think a lifetime friendship should take a long time
to develop, think again. It only took three days for me to get to know all
of them and now they are just like family to me. I love them all so much and I miss them each day.
First of all, I met everyone from Southbound at Fan Fair 2000. While
setting up a booth on Sunday, the day before Fan Fair started, I saw their booth
and thought to myself, "I've never heard of them before, but they look like
a cool group." On Monday, I saw them handing out Marti Gras/Gasparilla beaded
necklaces, and was totally curious about what
they were for. Well, little did I know that going over and introducing
myself to Jeff, Annie, and Kristina would lead to an amazing friendship and a
whole lot of fun in the process.

I think all of
you are great and I thank God everyday for your individual friendship
that I believe is a God send. God has really blessed me with your
friendship as well as an adopted family. You are all AWESOME!!! The
whole Southbound Band, you are all definitely the brothers I always wanted.
Annie and Kristina, you two are the older sisters that I always wanted.
Jeff, Renate, and Helga you've all adopted me and have become foster parents to
me. I thank you for that. :-)
But who would
have ever thought that I befriended such a wonderful family and circle of
friends. :-) You are always in my heart and in my prayers daily.
